Friday Flash 55.....

The perplexed salesman entered his Manager's office.
"HELP...A guy called and said that he had a Cream Puff
Hand-Shaker with Cow-Hide for the Bride, and The Brains
be Bustin"???
The Manager...
"Your NOT from the city are you Son?
Your gentleman has a Older Low-Miler Manual Transmission,
with Leather Seats and a Power Moon Roof"!!!

Ahhh...Car Sales Lingo. I DO love it so!!!
If you or anyone you know has written a Friday Flash 55
Please come tell The G-Man
I will visit, read, enjoy, comment.....Then Book!!
So from the most graciously mobile host from coast to coast
Have a Kick Ass Week-End!!!

Now lets get the Old Goat outta the barn, and kill some bugs!
(Take the vintage GTO out of the garage and go cruisin)

I'm speechless... That is harder than the Latin my daughter and I are trying to learn !!! (I'm homeschooling her for 7th and 8th grade) I also have to memorize a bit of Shakespeare... but the car lingo would push me over the edge :)

I'm playing a bit late, but I gnashed my teeth and came up with something!

Glorious Promise

I'll be visiting everyone tomorrow morning as I have pre-algebra I have to go brush up on. UGH

Yikes! Wow. Glad I don't have to translate stuff like that in everyday conversation. I'd never leave the house. (!)

Thanks for another Friday 55!
Mine's here. :)

You, uh... you might have been mentioned. Slightly. ;)

I love jargon and shop talk--it's poetry of the purest sort to me, and that was a great line. Thanks for the elucidation and translation, my car-trippin amigo.

I'm playin, but my back is acting up again, dammit--so it will likely be tomorrow before I do much sitting up and reading:

It's really nice that you like your job and you have a lingo all your own!
It's Greek to me, though.
